THE ROLE

We are seeking an Experienced Line Cook to join our back-of-house team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute menu specifications consistently and maintain station cleanliness to health and safety standards.
- Manage station preparation, par levels, and organization ahead of peak service periods.
- Maintain explicit, constructive communication on the line during high-volume ticket flow.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across stations to maintain table pacing and ticket times.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

- Previous line cook experience in a high-volume, scratch-cooking environment
- Proven ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure
- Strong station ownership, organization, and attention to detail
- Receptive to constructive feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays according to business volume
- Must provide slip-resistant kitchen footwear and standard black kitchen pants or clean black denim

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
