In this role, you will help fabricate and assemble structural metal products using a wide range of tools and machines such as drill presses, grinders, welders, ironworkers, and more. You will also interpret blueprints, drawings, and verbal instructions, and contribute to discussions on project scope and requirements. Job Responsibilities.

· Study and interpret assembly instructions.

· Fabricate and assemble structural and miscellaneous metal products.





· Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.

· Operate shop equipment including (but not limited to): drill press, ironworker, welders, grinders, and benders.

Job Skill & Qualifications.

Preferred

- 2 years of experience in steel fabrication and welding, or ability to demonstrate proficiency.

- Proficient in MIG and stick welding for both structural and miscellaneous metals.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

Required

· Ability to work with your hands, lift heavy objects, and stand for long periods, often performing repetitive tasks.

· Basic math skills.

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
