Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Team Member to join our dynamic food service team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The position offers opportunities to develop skills in food preparation, cashiering, and restaurant operations within a fast-paced environment. Prior restaurant or food industry experience is preferred but not required; a solid work ethic and enthusiasm are essential.

Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and provide friendly service
- Manage cashier responsibilities, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, kitchen areas, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards
- Assist with upselling menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales
- Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers both in-house and take-out




- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols diligently

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or food industry preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic setting
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are advantageous
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends or evenings if needed
