Overview
KRW Construction is seeking a carpentry apprentice to work alongside our journeyman carpenter. We’re looking for someone reliable, eager to learn and willing to take on a variety of tasks. This is an chance to gain hands-on experience and develop your carpentry skills while working with an experienced journeyman.

Responsibilities

- Assisting our journeyman carpenter with framing, renovations and finishing work.
- Measuring, cutting and installing materials under supervision.
- Safely operating hand and power tools appropriate to your experience.
- Loading, unloading and organizing tools and materials.
- Keeping job sites clean and following company safety procedures

Qualifications

- Currently enrolled in a carpentry apprenticeship or interested in starting one.




- A strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labour
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Must have proper PPE (steel-toe boots required)

Pay will be based on experience and apprenticeship level. We value hardworking individuals who are committed to safety and quality workmanship.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
