Atlantic Climate Control is expanding our sales team in Ottawa and looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Sales Representative.

This is an in-home sales position where you'll meet directly with homeowners to discuss heating, cooling, and energy-productive home improvements.

We provide pre-scheduled homeowner appointments, so you can focus on selling rather than finding your own leads.

Responsibilities

- Attend scheduled in-home appointments throughout Ottawa and surrounding areas.
- Present and sell heat pumps, air conditioning systems, and other home energy solutions.
- Explain product benefits, available rebates, and financing options.
- Prepare quotes, negotiate, and close sales.
- Follow up with customers and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (required).
- Previous HVAC sales experience strongly preferred.
- In-home sales, solar, roofing, windows,



or other home improvement sales experience is an asset.
- Must have a valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
- Comfortable travelling to appointments throughout the Ottawa region.
