SMITH Restaurant at Inn at the Forks is looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team for evening service.

Located at The Forks, SMITH is a contemporary restaurant focused on quality ingredients, thoughtful dishes, and an exceptional dining experience. We're looking for cooks who take pride in their craft, work well under pressure, and know what it takes to deliver consistent, high-quality food during a busy service.

What you'll do

- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe, plating, and chef specifications.
- Take ownership of your assigned station and keep it organized, stocked, clean, and ready for service.
- Execute dishes with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation.
- Work closely with the Chef and culinary team to keep service running smoothly and efficiently.
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen team and respond quickly as priorities change during service.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, portion control, temperature, and presentation.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and kitchen procedures.
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented kitchen environment.

What we're looking for

- 3+ years of culinary experience in a busy restaurant, hotel, or similar kitchen environment.




- Strong cooking and food preparation skills.
- Experience working a station during busy service.
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and organized in a high-volume kitchen.
- Solid attention to detail and pride in the food you serve.
- Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and chef direction while taking ownership of your station.
