Job Summary

Lead day-to-day team activities, support customer service, and help deliver organized, effective retail sales operations. This hands-on role combines team management with store tasks such as cashiering, merchandising, and maintaining explicit communication.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate team members, organize daily priorities, and support training and development.
- Assist with recruiting and interviewing, and help maintain accurate payroll and administrative records.
- Support retail sales through customer service, POS transactions, cash handling, merchandising, pricing, and purchasing.
- Monitor sales and budgets, organize store operations, and communicate relevant updates to the team.

Qualifications

Required: Practical leadership, communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential for supervising staff, coordinating store tasks,



supporting customers, and maintaining accurate records. Comfort with basic math, POS transactions, and cash handling supports reliable daily operations. Preferred: Supervising experience, retail sales or management experience, and strengths in recruiting, training, payroll, purchasing, or budgeting are advantageous. Bilingual or multilingual communication can help serve a wider range of customers. Pay: $44.60-$50.27 per hour
