Partnered with MATO Industrial- Vegetation Services., we are one of the biggest provincial heavy civil contractors & We are currently looking for candidate to work in our office as an HEath & Safety Coordinator/Administrative Associate, responsible for helping MATO field staff with adminsitrative, health & Safety, onboarding and any clent administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide office managers with accurate administrative documents
- Work as Administrative Health & Safety Co-Ordinator.
- Efficiently problem-solve and work independently
- effectively work on responsibilities and task as delegated.
- Perform other duties as required.

Required Knowledge and Skills





- Strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work site environment.
- Previous knowledge of vegetation management, heavy civil works or any knowledge of construction work is an asset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to work well with others and take direction.
- Experience with Health and Safety Programs an asset.
