Division 7 Projects is looking to add an Estimator to our team to complete exterior building envelope takeoffs, proposals/estimates and material orders for Residential, Multi-Family and Commercial projects.

Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze proposals, drawings, specifications.
- Identify labour, material and time requirements for takeoff.
- Assess project site logistics that may impact site construction.
- Consider project risks including but not limited to contracts, scopes, cost, quality and schedule.
- Select potential suppliers/subtrades based on predetermined qualifications and through careful analysis of bids submitted.
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Initiate material orders in coordination with the Project Administrator.

Qualifications:
- 1-3 years experience as a construction estimator or similar role.
- Understanding of exterior product installations considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Excel and Microsoft Office/Project considered an asset.
- Familiarity with ProCore considered an asset.
- Familiarity with StackCT or similar estimating/takeoff softwares.

Skills:
- Strong mathematical skills, attention to detail and data analysis.
- Strong construction knowledge and understanding of the industry's processes and materials.
