As a Financial Analyst, you will support the Accounting Team Lead and Finance Manager. The work includes financial statements, variance analysis, reporting, and audit support. You will also provide financial guidance to Operations on budgeting, forecasting, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support month-end close activities across Canadian and international operations
- Generate and disseminate financial system reports promptly
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Analyze site profit and loss variances monthly
- Support audits with documentation and inquiry responses

Requirements:

- Three years of accounting or financial analysis experience
- Two-plus years supporting month-end close activities
- Minimum two-year Accounting or Finance diploma
- Strong Microsoft Excel and advanced formula skills
