As Manufacturing Supervisor, you will lead Production Associates and Technicians while partnering with Manufacturing Engineering and Quality. Your work supports safety, quality, delivery, equipment performance, and team accountability. The position requires manufacturing experience, supervisory leadership, and practical problem-solving on the manufacturing floor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Production Associates and Technicians on the afternoon shift
- Adjust staffing, schedules, and priorities for production goals
- Coach employees and manage performance matters fairly




- Troubleshoot process and equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Provide clear shift updates and promote accountability

Requirements:

- Three or more years of manufacturing experience
- Three or more years of supervisory or leadership experience
- Solid communication, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills
- Technical diploma or degree in a related discipline
- Availability Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.
