Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Baker/Team Member to join our Tim Hortons team. The ideal candidate will have strong previous Tim Hortons experience, particularly in baking and food preparation, and will be comfortable working in a fast-paced food-service environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and baking Tim Hortons products according to established standards, maintaining food quality and freshness, following food-safety procedures, and supporting general restaurant operations and customer service as required.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, bake, finish, and stock Tim Hortons products according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure baked products are fresh, properly prepared, and ready according to operational needs.
- Monitor product levels and prepare additional products as required.




- Follow proper food handling, sanitation, allergen-awareness, and workplace safety practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking and food-preparation areas.
- Clean and sanitize equipment, utensils, work surfaces, and surrounding areas.
- Follow product rotation, labeling, storage, and waste-control procedures.
- Support front-counter, food preparation, stocking, cleaning, and other Team Member duties when required.
- Provide friendly and qualified customer service.
- Work effectively with supervisors and other team members in a fast-paced environment.
- Follow all workplace policies, procedures, uniform requirements, and health and safety standards.
