Job Description

- Lead day-to-day warehouse, transportation and imports and exports operations across North America, including distribution activities, raw material warehousing, and management of external warehouses in the U.S. and Canada.
- Manage third-party warehouse, logistics, and transportation providers, ensuring operational performance, issue resolution, service level compliance, and KPI reporting.
- Oversee inventory control, distribution deliveries, and customer satisfaction while coordinating outbound transportation activities.
- Follow up the imports and exports orders to be delivered on time.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health & Setting (SHE), security, and quality standards, including audit support, corrective actions, and incident management.
- Lead facility management and continuous improvement initiatives, including contractor coordination, operational training, project management, and capital improvement projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across supply chain, quality, product management, and logistics functions to support operational excellence and business objectives.
- Lead and develop a diverse team in an evolving organizational environment.
