Senior Architect

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architect to join a growing architectural practice based in Windsor.
The practice is looking for a confident Architect with strong design and technical capabilities, who has experience working across residential and commercial projects. You will play a key role in delivering projects, managing client relationships and contributing to the continued development of the practice.
There is a clear progression pathway into an Associate and ultimately Partner position, offering the opportunity to take on increased responsibility, develop leadership skills and play a greater role in the direction of the business.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Architect role:
- Lead and manage architectural projects across residential and commercial sectors, from concept through to completion.
- Oversee design development, technical delivery and project coordination.
- Manage client relationships and liaise with consultants and contractors.
- Produce and review detailed drawings,
specifications and technical information using Revit.
- Coordinate project teams, programmes and resources.
- Support and mentor junior members of the team.
- Contribute to the continued growth and development of the practice.
- Take on increasing leadership and business development responsibilities as you progress towards Associate and Partner level.
Key requirements for this Senior Architect role:
- Qualified Architect with proven experience in a Senior Architect or similar position.
- Strong design, technical and project delivery experience.
- Experience working across residential and commercial projects.
- Experience managing projects across multiple RIBA stages.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Confident managing projects and coordinating wider teams.
- Solid proficiency in Revit is essential.
