Responsibilities

- Welcome guests and provide clear, courteous assistance with parking.
- Communicate directions and relevant parking information to guests.
- Respond to guest questions and direct them to the appropriate team when needed.
- Help maintain an orderly parking area through attentive service.
- Represent Fallsview Group’s hospitality values in guest interactions.

Qualifications

- Solid communication skills to assist guests clearly and professionally.
- A courteous,

- Ability to provide directions and respond helpfully to questions.
- Attention to detail when supporting an orderly parking area.
- Preferred: Commercial driving experience.
