As a Full-Time Cashier/Customer Service Associate, you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, process purchases accurately, and help keep merchandise organized and appealing. You’ll contribute to a welcoming, efficient store setting and help customers find products that suit their needs.
Duties
- Operate the POS system, handle cash, and complete transactions accurately using basic math.
- Provide attentive customer service, answer questions in person and by phone, and communicate product information clearly.
- Support retail sales by demonstrating products, assisting with technology sales, and suggesting relevant options through thoughtful upselling.
- Help with merchandising and maintain an organized checkout and sales area.

Skills
Required:
Bring customer service, cashiering, cash handling, POS, basic math, communication, phone etiquette, and time management capabilities to daily duties. English proficiency and organizational skills help you serve customers and maintain accurate, orderly transactions. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, product demonstration skills, merchandising knowledge, and confidence with technology sales are valuable strengths. Bilingual or multilingual communication can help you assist a wider range of customers.
Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32.0 – 40.0 per week
