Job Summary

Operate a picker pile driver in various locations to support client piling needs. We are also looking for a tracked rig pile driver operator to operate a Junttan pile driver. Picker Operators must have a clean Class 1 license and apprenticeship/journeyman ticket for Boom Operator.

Responsibilities

- Operate picker and tracked pile driver equipment in line with site procedures and task requirements.
- Move, position, and secure materials; apply rigging practices and coordinate lifts with equipment operators.
- Use mechanical knowledge to check equipment condition, identify concerns, and report issues promptly.
- Coordinate with site teams and customers, sharing clear updates and supporting orderly work.
- Your impact: Careful equipment operation and transparent coordination help crews complete work safely and reliably.

Experience

Required: Practical communication skills and the ability to follow instructions, handle materials carefully, and coordinate equipment tasks are important to this role. Mechanical knowledge supports equipment checks and timely reporting. Safety tickets considered an asset but not required.

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
