As part of the Consulting team, you assist with recruitment mandates from candidate sourcing through post-hire follow-up. Reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, you assess competencies, availability, and interest while coordinating clients, candidates, interviews, and verifications. Accurate data management remains central.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in recruitment cycles for assigned mandates
- Assess candidate competencies, availability, and interest
- Coordinate reference checks and required verifications
- Prepare candidates for selection process stages
- Document outreach, records, statistics, and recruitment reports

Requirements:

- Relevant university degree, with bachelor’s degree minimum
- Two to four years recruitment or HR support experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Technology, sourcing platform, and ATS proficiency
- Ability to protect confidential personal information
