We are looking to add a new PART TIME floral designer to join our team, dedicated to designing beautiful floral arrangements and providing exceptional customer service.

MUST have experience of minimum of 2 years in floral design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in floral designand retail sales with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

- Create custom floral arrangements.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants, providing expert advice on floral care and design options.
- Manage POS systems for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
- Maintain the floral display area, ensuring it is attractive, organized, and well-stocked.
- Handle merchandising responsibilities by arranging flowers attractively and managing inventory levels.
- Support e-commerce sales by processing orders when needed.
- Ensure proper care of flowers and plants by watering, pruning, and maintaining horticultural health.




- Uphold cleanliness standards within the store and work area to ensure a secure environment for staff and customers.

Skills

- Strong floral design skills with experience in creating diverse arrangements
- Knowledge of plant care techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling, cashiering, and retail sales processes
- Organizational skills to manage inventory, merchandising displays, and multiple customer requests efficiently
- Experience with e-commerce platforms for online product management and order processing
- Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and interact positively with customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
