The position supports retention through responsive client communication, renewals, remarketing, quoting, endorsements, and policy changes. Key Responsibilities:

- Service a book of personal lines house accounts
- Respond promptly to client requests and questions
- Support retention through relationship management
- Work closely with insurers and underwriters
- Record accurate information in PowerBroker

Requirements:

- Current RIBO license for Personal Lines CSR work
- Two or more years’ brokerage personal lines experience
- Experience handling renewals, remarketing, and servicing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Solid internal and external relationship-building skills
