Under general direction from Operations Managers, this Food and Beverage Team Leader helps create a learning workplace for team members. You schedule staff, organize training progress, order front-of-house supplies, and build relationships with guests, vendors, management, and colleagues. The position also supports inventory and operational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver performance reviews for direct reports
- Assist recruitment, screening, and new-hire selection
- Organize and track team training progress
- Order front-of-house supplies and support inventory counts
- Communicate effectively with operational departments and stakeholders

Requirements:

- High school diploma or hospitality education
- One year of leadership or supervisory experience
- Food and beverage experience
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
- WHMIS is an asset
