AgeCare is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse to deliver skilled nursing care to residents and to guide Personal Support Workers on the care team. You will collaborate with the Registered Nurse to implement unit policies and contribute to procedure revisions while liaising with physicians and other health professionals.

In the RN’s absence you will promptly notify the physician of any significant changes in resident status, ensuring care needs are met.
