As Regional Controller, you will steer the NORCAM business model and align its economic model with objectives and strategy. The role coordinates country stakeholders, monitors performance, and supports strategic planning across the region. You will contribute to forecasts, budgets, dashboards, and financial reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

- Steer the NORCAM business model and regional economic alignment
- Drive forecast and budget phases across USA, Mexico, and Canada
- Challenge markets on P&L;, KPIs, and objectives
- Report forecast results and performance trends to COMEX
- Build dashboards supporting business and strategy monitoring

Requirements:

- Minimum two to three years controlling experience
- Business or Engineering background
- Fluent English and solid business understanding
- Solid PowerPoint, Excel, and systems skills
- Diligent, organized, proactive, and collaborative approach
