We're Alleve Wellness Clinic, an appointment-only physiotherapy and rehab clinic at 8655 Weston Rd in Vaughan (beside Anytime Fitness Woodbridge, with our own entrance). We're licensed by FSRA as a health service provider for car accident (MVA) care, and we're adding chiropractic as a new service.

Please read before applying: this is a current service, built from the ground up.

- Part-time, independent contractor role, paid per visit.
- We're setting up the treatment room now. We'll confirm your start date once it's ready, before you commit to anything.
- Your schedule will build over time. Expect a light caseload at first while we market your services. We can't guarantee a set number of patients.
- A great fit if you want to add a few hours alongside another clinic, or grow a caseload of your own.

What you get:

- Patients from our marketing (website, Google, Instagram and ads), booked straight into your calendar.
- Keep 65% on patients you bring, from day one.
- 50% on patients we book for you, 45% on MVA visits. Moves to 55% after 3 months once you reach 15+ visits a week.
- No rent, desk fees or marketing costs.
- We handle booking, reminders and MVA invoicing in HCAI.



You complete and sign your own treatment plans.
- Choose your shifts: evenings and Saturdays available.
- Paid on the 15th of every month.
- The pay range shown is per hour of booked treatment. You're paid a share of each visit, not for unbooked time.

What you bring: CCO registration in good standing, your own malpractice insurance, willingness to assess and treat MVA patients and sign OCF-23/OCF-18 plans. At least 1 year of MVA and HCAI experience.

Hours: 1–2 shifts a week to start, adding shifts as your schedule fills.
