Brindy Luxury Silk is a growing, award-winning Canadian luxury silk and lifestyle brand, and we're looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, and reliable Event Sales Associate to join our Edmonton team!

If you love meeting new people, have a passion for beauty and fashion, and enjoy the excitement of markets, festivals, and trade shows, we'd love to meet you!

You'll represent our collection of premium Mulberry silk pillowcases, beauty bonnets, sleep masks, scrunchies, scarves, fashion accessories, and more at some of Alberta's exciting shopping events.

This is a sales-focused position with opportunities to earn commission and grow with our brand.

What You'll Do

- Engage with customers and create an exceptional shopping experience.
- Confidently introduce products, explain their benefits, and close sales.
- Recommend complementary products and work toward sales targets.
- Process customer purchases using our POS system.
- Keep displays beautifully merchandised, clean, and stocked.
- Assist with occasional booth setup, takedown, and inventory organization.
- Help transport event inventory and display materials when scheduled (approximately 1–2 times per season).
- Represent Brindy Silk professionally and enthusiastically.





Paid product and sales training will be provided!

What We're Looking For

- At least 1 year of retail, sales, or customer service experience.
- Outgoing, friendly, and confident approaching customers.
- Motivated by achieving sales goals and earning potential commission.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Availability for weekend events and occasional weekdays.
- Comfortable standing for extended shifts of up to 9 hours.
- Able to lift and move event supplies weighing up to 50 lbs, with appropriate assistance or equipment when needed.
- At least 18 years old.

Vehicle Requirement: Applicants must have a valid driver's licence and reliable access to an SUV, truck, or van with sufficient cargo space to occasionally transport event inventory and display materials. Transportation is typically required only 1–2 times per season.

Compensation & Perks

- $16–$20/hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
- Prospect to earn additional commission by meeting sales targets.
- Paid training.

Availability

We participate in markets, trade shows, festivals, and seasonal shopping events throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Shifts vary depending on the event schedule, with our busiest periods typically falling on weekends and during the November–December holiday season.

This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible part-time work who can reliably commit to scheduled events.
