Falcon Security Services is currently seeking Licensed Use of Force Training Instructor.

The Security Specialist must have a valid certification and be qualified as a USE OF FORCE Instructor and/or DEFENSIVE TACTICS INSTRUCTOR

The Ideal Candidate:

- Working knowledge of the National Use of Force Model and its application
- Has valid PPCT Use of Force and Handcuffing certification** MANDATORY
- Demonstrates a extremely strong verbal and written communication
- Ability to exercise superior knowledge of de-escalation and crisis intervention methods & tactics
- Ability to function in stressful environments and under pressure
- Demonstrates a high level of conflict resolution and problem solving capabilities
- Fluent in security industry standards and methods




- Professional experience in the areas of people and conflict management with tact and discretion and the ability to function in stressful situations
- Must hold and maintain applicable security guard certifications and licenses
- Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management
- Post-Secondary education in law enforcement or a related field
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Excellent report writing and computer software knowledge and skills
- Ability to Handle emergency situations and stress effectively
