Job Summary/ Essential Functions

We are currently seeking energetic, professional, and guest-focused individuals to join our Banquet Team as a Banquet Bartender. From weddings and conferences to galas and special events, our bartenders play a key role in creating memorable guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages in a fast-paced event environment.

Essential Job Functions

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional bar service at weddings, conferences, banquets, and special events
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
Set up, stock, and maintain banquet bars before, during, and after events
Handle cash and process payments accurately when required
Verify identification and always ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, equipment, and supplies
Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs
Work closely with event, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless event execution
Assist with event setup, teardown, and room flips as required

Required Qualifications and Abilities

High school graduate
Must be eligible to work in Canada - can provide SIN and documentation
Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
Strong communication and interpersonal skills




Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced workplace
Team-oriented with a strong work ethic
Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Previous bartending experience preferred
Serving It Right certification required
Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails is considered an asset
