As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will support quality resident care within Occupational and Recreation Therapy. The role involves interdisciplinary teamwork, accurate documentation, safety practices, and active learning. You will assist residents and colleagues in a homelike setting while following therapist direction and Bethany policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate actively with the Interdisciplinary Team
- Support Occupational and Recreation Therapy interventions

Requirements:

- Grade 12 diploma or equivalent
- Rehabilitation Assistant Diploma or equivalent
- One year of Occupational or Recreation Therapy experience
- Knowledge of varied therapy program modalities
- Effective English communication, observation, and problem-solving skills
