Provide person-centered nursing care as an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse at AgeCare Brandt's Creek Mews in Kelowna, working rotating nights.

Reporting to the Director of Care, you will provide planned, patient-oriented, goal-directed care for residents and their families. The role includes clinical assessments, care plans, documentation, medication administration, and treatments. You will collaborate with the inter-qualified team while following provincial standards, regulatory requirements, and AgeCare policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide direct resident care using a person-centered approach
- Complete accurate clinical assessments and care documentation
- Implement and evaluate care and service plans
- Administer medications and treatments according to standards
- Facilitate resident moves, transfers, and care conferences

Requirements:

- Practical Nurse Diploma
- Current provincial registration and membership in good standing
- Three or more years of seniors' health experience
- Current CPR training
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
