Support Definity’s skilled liability claims practice with bilingual expertise across cyber, directors’ and officers’, and employment practices coverage matters.

As a Senior Specialist, you will manage claims from initial investigation through resolution under several specialty policies. You will contribute to complex strategy and coverage discussions while collaborating with underwriting, reinsurance, actuarial, and senior leadership teams. Financial Lines experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage specialty claims from investigation through resolution
- Evaluate liability, damages, and coverage during negotiations
- Coordinate stakeholders across business functions
- Retain and manage counsel for routine litigation
- Identify recovery opportunities and efforts

Requirements:

- Eight to ten years of general claims handling experience
- AMF Loss Adjuster (5A) License
- Fluency in French and English
- Financial Lines claims experience preferred
- Ability to resolve conflict professionally
