This hands‑on leadership role offers a steady day shift with overtime and the prospect to drive efficiency, quality, and safety across daily operations.

You will supervise approximately 10+ employees, coordinate workloads, mentor staff, and provide technical support for machining, repair, and equipment rebuilding.
