Our team are looking for a dependable, hands-on Banquet Captain who enjoys taking the lead and working alongside a growing team! From business meetings to holiday parties and special celebrations, you will help turn event plans into welcoming, well-organized experiences for our guests.

What you will do:

Lead by example, helping with event setup, service, and cleanup.

- Coordinate with catering and kitchen teams on event details, timing, and dietary needs.
- Brief and guide servers, assign tasks, and keep service running smoothly.
- Welcome hosts and guests, handle requests, and create a great guest experience.
- Report to the Food & Beverage Manager; plan staffing and equipment needs.
- Train and support banquet servers.
- Complete closing duties, event notes, and cash reconciliation as needed.
- Keep event spaces, equipment, and supplies tidy and organized.
- Serve in the restaurant between events, taking orders, delivering food and drinks,



and processing payments.

Qualifications:

- Previous banquet or event service experience, ideally with experience leading a team.
- Strong organization, explicit communication, and attention to detail.
- Dependability, punctuality, and taking pride in what you do
- Bring friendly and supportive tone to the team
- Serving It Right certification and familiarity with POS systems.
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
