Restaurant kitchen help supports daily kitchen operations through food preparation, cooking assistance, and food service. This hands-on role helps keep meal preparation organized and supports a smooth experience for guests and the kitchen team.

Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assist with cooking and meal preparation according to kitchen instructions.
- Support serving and food service by helping assemble and deliver orders accurately.
- Handle food safely, keep preparation areas clean, and follow food safety practices throughout each shift.
- Coordinate with kitchen colleagues to keep supplies and work areas organized during busy service periods.

Requirements

Required:



Practical ability to follow instructions, prepare food, assist with cooking and serving, handle food safely, and maintain clean, organized work areas. Attention to detail, teamwork, and steady communication support accurate meal preparation and dependable service.

Preferred: Food service experience, restaurant experience, kitchen experience, or familiarity with the food industry is helpful. Experience with meal preparation and food safety practices can support a confident start and effective collaboration with the kitchen team.

Pay: $17.95 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
