About us:

Action Trailer Sales Inc. is a leader in commercial trailer sales, rentals, parts and service across Ontario.

Duties:

- Assist customer by phone, email and at the counter and pick their orders.

- Ring up cash sales, including creating invoices, collecting and recording payment.

- Support the team with order picking, restocking inventory, and checking orders for accuracy.

- Flag bin location discrepancies and pricing conflicts to management.

- Use radio for communication with team members.

- Good attendance to keep the Parts Department running smoothly.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a parts counter position, preferably in the semi-trailer industry.

- Understanding of trailer parts and parts inventory systems.

- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette.

- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.





- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.

- Valid driver’s license and a clean record.

- Hours 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, 50 hour weeks (overtime after 44 hours).

- Proficient in spoken and written English.

- Secondary school graduate.
