You'll serve as the primary point of contact for our electrical service customers while providing technical guidance and operational leadership to our field technicians.

The ideal candidate combines strong electrical knowledge with excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, takes initiative, and can manage a busy service department with minimal day-to-day supervision.

- Assist technicians with diagnosing electrical, equipment, and system performance issues.
- Provide guidance on troubleshooting procedures and corrective actions.
- Review service findings and recommend appropriate repairs or replacement solutions.
- Occasionally visit customer sites for inspections, troubleshooting, or technical support.
- Support protected work practices and ensure technical activities follow applicable electrical codes and company procedures.
