This position goes beyond conventional technical writing and documentation. Its primary responsibility is to develop, structure, and maintain an end-to-end product knowledge environment, covering information architecture, taxonomy, terminology, content standards, reusable frameworks, and governance practices.

The successful candidate will transform complex product specifications, requirements, release plans, use cases, and customer profiles into clear, accurate, and consistent information that serves customers, business partners, installation professionals, and support teams.

The ideal candidate should have:

- At least five years of relevant experience in knowledge management, information architecture, content strategy, product documentation, product operations, or a comparable discipline.
- A proven ability to structure knowledge systems that can scale, including taxonomy design, governance practices, and reusable content models.
- The ability to make complex technical products understandable through practical, customer-oriented guidance.




- Experience establishing documentation standards and content guidelines that maintain consistency across audiences, formats, and communication channels.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management, Product Design, Customer Experience, Support, and teams responsible for product launches and releases.
- Solid judgment in balancing user needs, technical correctness, business priorities, and consistent communication.
- Experience identifying missing or conflicting information and bringing together knowledge from documentation, support tickets, product requirements, and subject matter experts.
- Familiarity with AI-supported content development, including the ability to define standards for quality, tone, factual accuracy, and responsible content governance.
- Excellent communication, analytical thinking, investigative, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- The ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and own the overall quality and usability of the product knowledge experience.

Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
