Job Summary

The Kitchen Helper/Cook supports daily kitchen operations through food preparation, cooking, meal preparation, and serving. This hands-on role helps keep food service organized, safe, and welcoming for customers while supporting colleagues during meal service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and meals, following kitchen procedures and food safety practices.
- Cook and serve food, keeping work areas and equipment clean and orderly.
- Assist with food service tasks, coordinate with kitchen colleagues, and help maintain a steady workflow.

Requirements

Required: Practical food preparation, cooking, serving, and food handling capabilities, with attention to cleanliness, protected work practices, and organized meal preparation. Preferred: Food service experience, including restaurant, kitchen, or broader food industry experience, is helpful, along with familiarity with food safety practices and the pace of meal service.

Pay: From $17.95 per hour
