Freedom Ford is looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing Service Department!

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with people, providing excellent customer service, and helping keep our Service Department running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

- Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with scheduling vehicle service and repair appointments.
- Direct incoming calls to the appropriate members of our Service Department team.
- Make outbound calls to remind and schedule guests for preventative maintenance services.
- Contact guests to arrange appointments for outstanding manufacturer recalls.
- Help maintain consistent communication with our customers and encourage them to stay on top of their vehicle maintenance.
- Deliver a friendly, professional, and positive customer experience with every interaction.

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable and confident on the phone – this is a phone-focused position, and strong communication skills are essential.
- Friendly,



outgoing personality with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Solid verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service, call center, or automotive experience would be an asset, but is not required.

Position Details

- Location: Freedom Ford – Edmonton, Alberta
- Position: Full-Time, On-Site Only
- Schedule: 5 days per week, Monday through Saturday (scheduled shifts will fall within this timeframe).

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
