Positions AvailableJourneyman Electrician (Construction Electrician)

Wage: $25–$45 per hour, based on experience and skill level.
(Valid Nova Scotia Certificate of Qualification required.)

Apprentice Electrician (All Levels)

Wage: Starting wage is based on apprenticeship level and experience.
(Registered with the Nova Scotia Apprenticeship Agency.)

Responsibilities

- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs according to the Nova Scotia Electrical Code
- Work on new construction, renovations, service work, and multi-family projects
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with supervisors, other trades, and team members
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety at all job sites
- Follow all Sun Life Electrical Ltd.

QualificationsJourneyman Electrician

- Strong experience in residential and commercial projects
- Ability to mentor apprentices and lead small teams

Apprentice Electrician

- Registered apprentice with NS Apprenticeship Agency
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical tools and systems

- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation
- Robust work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
