Car Salesperson Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Car Salesperson to join our dealership. The successful candidate will help customers select vehicles that meet their needs and budget while delivering an excellent buying experience. This role requires strong communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs, preferences, and budget.
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, warranties, and financing options.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and accompany customers on test drives.
- Follow up with leads through phone, email, text, and dealership systems.
- Negotiate pricing and support customers through the purchasing process.
- Prepare accurate sales paperwork and coordinate with finance and service teams.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, promotions, and automotive trends.
- Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and customer-satisfaction targets.




- Keep the showroom and vehicle displays qualified and organized.

Qualifications

- Previous sales or customer-service experience preferred; automotive experience is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working toward sales targets.
- Basic computer skills and experience using customer relationship management software are helpful.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Ability to speak Filipino is considered an asset.

Pay: $44,100.00-$159,000.00 per year
