- Recording guest orders and providing recommendations when asked
- Upselling drinks to maximize profits
- Mixing outstanding quality drinks and serving food to our guests
- Educating customers on our menu concept and ingredients we use
- Providing excellent and timely customer service
- Serve guests responsibly to ensure they are safe
- Stocking the bar inventory when needed
- Other duties as required
Experience:
- Server: 2 year (preferred)
- AGLC – Proserve/Protect preferred
- Must possess good attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent customer service skills and a Positive attitude are required
- Ability to read and write in English proficiently
- Must have basic math skills and be able to use a calculator
