Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team. The Maintenance worker will be responsible for performing the following duties.

Schedule: MONDAY-FRIDAY 9-5PM

General

- Provide general maintenance
- General light plumbing, electrical & carpentry
- Complete scheduled work orders
- Complete liability and life safety checks
- Annual unit inspections
- Daily scheduled inspections
- Fire logbook
- Report and document all deficiencies (i.e. faulty door closures, plaster blisters, graffiti & vandalism, tile repairs, carpet repairs, pests, smells, suspicious activity etc.)
- Maintain order in all maintenance rooms.
- Ensure all supplies and equipment are stored properly and securely

Qualifications:

-Proven expensive leading a team would be an asset




- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related field
- Robust knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, and general building repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $43,000.00 per year
