Remote Overnight Travel & Lifestyles Concierge – GDS Experience Required

100% Remote in Ontario | Permanent Full-Time | Starting at $20.00/Hour + Overnight Shift Differential

Aspire Lifestyles is seeking experienced travel professionals to join our team as Remote Overnight Travel & Lifestyles Concierges.

This is an opportunity to put your travel knowledge and GDS expertise to work while supporting premium customers with domestic and international travel arrangements.

From managing complex itineraries and flight changes to assisting with unexpected travel disruptions, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to customers who value personalized support.

What You'll Be Doing

- Book, modify, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Use Sabre and other GDS tools to research and coordinate travel solutions.
- Assist with flight changes, cancellations, disruptions, and complex itineraries.
- Respond to customer inquiries involving travel arrangements and loyalty programs.
- Support customers through phone, email, and chat.
- Navigate multiple systems while delivering personalized, high-quality service.
- Document customer interactions accurately while meeting quality and productivity standards.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum 2 years of professional travel industry experience.
- Hands-on GDS experience is required; Sabre is strongly preferred.
- Experience with an airline, travel agency, corporate travel company, online travel agency (OTA), or travel reservations environment.
- Solid customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage complex travel requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Work Requirements

- Must reside in Ontario.
- This position requires availability for assigned shifts, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.



Specific scheduling expectations will be communicated during recruitment.
- This remote position requires a private workspace suitable for handling confidential client information and reliable internet connectivity meeting company technical standards. The role involves extended computer and telephone-based work, with reasonable accommodations available in accordance with applicable law.
- A reliable hardwired internet connection is required, with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload while connected through the company VPN. Wi-Fi and satellite internet connections are not approved for this position.
- Ability to successfully complete a background check.
