Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRaymond Reach Forklift Operator Temporary-to-Permanent Opportunity | Immediate Start We are currently hiring experienced Raymond Reach Forklift Operators to join our warehouse team. Pay Rate: $19.50/hour + $1.50/hour afternoon shift premium
Shift: Monday to Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Start Date: Immediate
Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a Raymond Reach forklift.
- Operate material handling equipment and RF scanners to support warehouse operations.
- Perform receiving, order picking, shipping, and inventory control.
- Participate in cycle counts and move pallets throughout the warehouse.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and all workplace safety protocols.
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and service-level targets.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow Occupational Health & Safety standards.




- Repetitively lift up to 50 lbs.
- Perform other related warehouse duties as required.

Requirements

- Valid Raymond Reach forklift certification (in-house or externally issued).
- Minimum 1 year of recent Raymond Reach forklift operating experience.
- Experience using RF scanners and WMS systems (e.g., RedPrairie).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
- Comfortable working at heights when required.
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
