CNC Mill Machine Operator

Job Summary:
Unity Recruitments are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Mill Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have over four years of hands-on experience operating CNC mill machines and the ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints to produce high-quality precision parts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC milling machines according to specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
- Monitor machine operations to ensure precision and quality standards are met.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
- Inspect finished products for accuracy, dimensions, and surface finish.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes.
- Maintain accurate production logs and reports.




- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work setting.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 4 years of experience operating CNC mill machines.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine setup.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with safety standards in a manufacturing environment.

Preferred:

- Technical certification or diploma in machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of CNC control systems.
