NOW HIRING – SHIPPER / RECEIVER

Location: Thunder Bay, Ontario

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipper / Receiver to join our team. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a quick-paced environment, handling incoming and outgoing shipments, and keeping the warehouse and yard organized and operating efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment or delivery.
- Ensure outgoing shipments are accurate and properly documented.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or missing items.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with general warehouse duties as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.




- Must be able to regularly lift 25–30 lbs.
- Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Must possess a valid driver's licence.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous shipping and receiving or warehouse experience is an asset, but willing to train the right candidate.
