THE OPPORTUNITY
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and day-to-day operations of the branch. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, implement improvements, and build strong relationships within the local market.

Key responsibilities include:

- Drive business performance: Manage budgets, financial targets, profitability, and operational KPIs to deliver consistent results.
- Lead and inspire your team: Recruit, coach, and develop employees while fostering a positive, accountable, and results-oriented culture.
- Oversee daily operations: Ensure efficient processes, effective resource management, and consistently high standards of customer service.
- Grow market presence: Identify business opportunities, strengthen customer relationships, and develop strategies to support revenue growth.

WHAT YOU BRING
You're a confident, approachable leader with strong business instincts, a collaborative management style, and the drive to run a successful operation.

- 5+ years of management experience in a branch, distribution, operations, or customer-focused business environment.
- Proven success managing financial performance, improving profitability, and achieving business objectives.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience building, motivating, and developing teams.
- Excellent customer relationship management and business development skills.
- Experience overseeing operations, inventory, resources, and business processes.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- An entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership approach, and willingness to take ownership of results.
