The Children’s Services Program Supervisor oversees Niagara Region’s Licensed Home Child Care and Resource Consultant programs. Reporting to the Manager Children’s Operations, this supervisor provides guidance, manages contractual agreements, and supports compliance with legislation and policies. The position coordinates service delivery, administration, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise Home Child Care and Resource Consultant program delivery Monitor caseloads, workflow, referrals, and statistical reporting Conduct file audits and address compliance issues Supervise staff,



assign work, and resolve operational problems Build partnerships with agencies, schools, and community organizations Requirements:

Two-year Early Childhood Education diploma Minimum five years’ Early Childhood Education experience Experience supervising staff in a unionized workplace Current College of Early Childhood Educators membership Valid G driver’s licence and ability to travel Apply early childhood education, program administration, compliance, and leadership expertise to Niagara Region child care services.
