As a permanent, full time Administrative and Client Records Assistant, you will support health information, program administration, fund development, and client services. Your work includes maintaining records, processing access changes, uploading documents, handling donor information, preparing mailings, and completing reports. Healthcare-related administrative experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain client records, including duplicate consolidation and lock boxes
- Upload documents, forms, templates, and program materials
- Assist discharges, transfers, faxes, and reception coverage
- Prepare donor receipts,



tribute cards, letters, and mailings
- Track volunteer hours, donations, reports, and returned mail

Requirements:

- Two to three years of administrative experience, preferably healthcare-related
- Client record system experience
- Knowledge of privacy legislation considered an asset
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
