As a Production Documentalist, you will coordinate, review, and manage manufacturing documentation with Production, Quality Control, and Quality teams. Your work supports documentation integrity, positive documentation practices, compliance, and continuous improvement. The role includes batch records, logbooks, registers, and other GMP-related documents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and distribute documentation after manufacturing batch activities
- Print, prepare, verify, and release production documents
- Review and approve batch records and GMP documentation




- Prepare weekly documentation performance KPI reports
- Support document management, archiving, and process improvements

Requirements:

- Experience in pharmaceutical production
- Strong attention to detail and sustained concentration
- Manual dexterity for documentation-related activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, SAP, and Excel
- French and English spoken and written knowledge
